Manto Process Fluids

Manto Process Fluids are high-performance, high-purity synthetic hydrocarbons containing at least 12 carbons and available with varying levels of aromatic content. They offer a wide range of solvency, from MCS-2805 (KB 91) to MCS-2806 (KB 29), and feature high flash points, high boiling points (>200ºC), and excellent thermal stability due to their inherent chemical inertness. With low vapor pressure (LVP), they provide low emissions and easier compliance with VOC regulations. These fluids are essentially free of olefinic unsaturation, sulfur, and halogens, and exhibit strong oxidation resistance. They are widely used as process media, solvents, additives, and high-temperature solvents for engineering polymers, as well as in paints, coatings, catalyst carriers, plasticizers, and electronic applications such as wax removal and circuit board cleaning, with MCS-2780 being especially suitable for environmentally sensitive uses.
